Texas Residency
Applicants must currently reside within the state of Texas. Proof of state residency (such as a utility bill, Texas driver's license, or lease) may be requested during review.
Financial Hardship
Demonstrated acute or ongoing financial difficulty, such as sudden medical bills, unexpected vet costs, loss of household income, or fixed low-income constraints.
